Lyndsey Sharp is the CSC Cheerleading Coach with a combination of over 15 years of experience in cheerleading, instructing, and coaching.  Since taking over the program at Connors State College as a National Cheerleading Association Safety and Liability certified coach in August of 2009, her team has received numerous awards and nominations to compete at a national level.  As the CSC Cheer coach Lyndsey is responsible for team recruitment, program development, athlete conditioning and academics. Lyndsey is also the Coordinator of Student Life Activities and PLC Advisor.

Lyndsey received her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Central Oklahoma, Interpersonal Communication in 2009. She is currently in graduate school at Northeastern State University in pursuit of her Master’s in Communication.

The 2005 graduate from Central High School located near Sallisaw, Oklahoma enjoyed cheerleading, basketball, softball, and track during her high school tenure.

As a former collegiate and high school cheerleader Lyndsey states, “I am honored and proud to keep the cheerleading program at Connors State College moving in a positive direction.  I love the journey of developing our cheerleaders into strong student athletes, who are academically sound and positive leaders in their community.”
