Cowgirls Fall to Rose State Twice
Connors Cowgirls lost a twin bill to Rose State Tuesday, falling 7-2 and 4-3 at Midwest City. The second game went nine innings.
The Cowgirls are scheduled to play a doubleheader at Northern Enid on Thursday.
Hayley Jaynes took the loss in the opener and she is now 12-14 on the season and Jordan Jones sustain the second game loss to drop to 7-4.
Jalie Neal drove in both runs in the opener with a double in the third inning. Lauren Pittman was 3-for-4 in the night cap an RBI while Susie Means was 2-for-3 and drove in two runs.
