In Game One Cowgirls Claim Lead In Fifth Inning To Defeat NOC-Enid. Cowgirls stole the lead late and defeated NOC-Enid 4-3 on Thursday. The game was tied at three with Cowgirls batting in the bottom of the fifth when Katy Medlin singled on a 0-1 count, scoring one run.In the second inning, NOC-Enid got their offense started. Ashleigh McCause grounded out, scoring one run.Medlin toed the rubber for Cowgirls . The righthander allowed eight hits and three runs over seven innings, striking out eight.Madison Gabeau was in the pitcher's circle for NOC-Enid.
