Cowboys Bill Muse Named Coach of the Year, and Edwin Daniel Named 1st Teal All-Region

Connors State Sophomore Edwin Daniel from Bronx, New York, Freshman Kevin Stubblefield Jr from Omaha, NE, and Head Coach Bill Muse have been named to the Region 2, Oklahoma Collegiate Athletic Conference All Region Team, All Freshman Team, and Coach of the Year it was announced by a vote of the league coaches on Saturday Afternoon.

Connors State had to survuve a furious Eastern Oklahoma State College Rally on the Road Thursday Night to come away with a Double Overtime victory inside C.C. Dunlap Fieldhouse. The Cowboys up 7 at the half, came away with a 87-77 win on Thursday in Wilburton.

The Connors State College Cowboys came away with win Number 20 on thursday night inside Beams Fieldhouse. Jermiah Johnson lead the charge for the Cowboys on the night as the Games leading Scorer had 20 points. Edwin Daniel and DJ Dormu Both had 13 points on the Night. Connors State went on a 21-1 Run to close out the first half witht the score at Halftime being 39-22.
